The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being right next to the bus station which is perfect for travelers needing to catch transport. the hotel is close to other points of interest such as the airport. the rooms are cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and hot showers. the staff are friendly and offer great service overall, with delicious breakfast included.
The swimming pool may not be available to guests at times due to private events, so it's important to check before arrival.

The hotel had an excellent location close to the bus terminal and airport. The staff was friendly and helpful with both English and Spanish. The breakfast was outstanding and the restaurant offered some of the best food I've ever tasted.
The bathroom towels were not very soft and the bathroom tiles were a bit old. The floors in the bathroom felt a little sticky at times, possibly due to poor mopping.

Great location, being close to the transportation hub and easy to get to. the staff were friendly and very helpful. the room was comfortable, clean, and had all we needed. We really enjoyed the breakfast which exceeded our expectations. we were very satisfied.
The bathroom could use some updating. the tiles were showing their age, and the towels were not the softest.
